Account deletion

Delete your Mudan account

You can delete your account and personal data at any time — in the app, or by email if you can't open it.

1. Delete in the app

  1. Open the Mudan app and go to Profile.
  2. Scroll down to the red “Delete account” row and tap it.
  3. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately — this can't be undone.

2. What is deleted

  • Your account and its Google or Apple sign-in link
  • Your name and email
  • Face-scan results and history
  • Product-scan results
  • Routine progress
  • Cart and favourites
  • Assistant conversations
  • Your phone's push-notification token

If you signed in with Apple, your Sign in with Apple token is also revoked.

3. What is kept

  • Past orders (items, amounts and dates) are kept for our accounting and legal records — without your name, address or phone number.
  • Delivered orders are cleaned right away. An order that is still being delivered is cleaned once it has been delivered.
  • Anonymous usage and crash logs are not linked to you.

4. Can't open the app?

Email mudancare.support@gmail.com from the email address you used to sign in, with the subject “Delete my account”. We'll delete your account and confirm by email. We aim to complete this within 7 days.
